How to request a research agreement for nongovernment records

Some nongovernment records may contain sensitive information, and thus require a research agreement. Please fill out the Application for Access: Nongovernment Records form, and list the files you wish to view on page 2. When complete, submit the form to Archives Research Hall staff, and the records will be reviewed. This may take a few days, depending on the number of files. If your application is approved, the signed form will be returned to you, and you must present it when you order the records at the Archives.
