The Humber Watershed Alliance is a group of 68 individuals including municipal councillors, agency staff, business associations, interest groups and watershed residents. Their general mandate is to facilitate the implementation of the Humber River watershed management plan titled "Legacy: A Strategy for a Healthy Humber". This document is a community-based planning report which sets out watershed issues and makes recommendations to achieve a healthy Humber.
