Camp Activity Early Child - 1/2 Day BasicThese Activity Camps are designed to give campers up to age 5, a fun-filled, action-packed and safe camp experience. Fitness & Wellness

Fitness/Cardio - AdultFitness courses that incorporate a cardio component benefiting the cardiovascular system (heart/lungs). Step, Cardiokick (boxing) low impact, hi/lo are all classes with cardio components. Includes warm-up, muscle conditioning and stretching. Possible use of hand weights and/or tubing.
