Call 416-338-0000 and follow the voice prompts to register using Touch Tone Registration (TTR).  You can register using TTR between 7:00am and midnight beginning on the session registration start date until the first day of the program.  Once a program starts, you can call (416) 338 - 4386 or visit your local Community Centre or Civic Centre for information on registering.

To get started you will need:

• Your Client Number and Family Number
• A list of program Codes for your first program choice and alternate choices.  Program Codes are published with the program listings that are available online or in print at your Local Community centre or Civic Centre
• A valid major credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express) or Advance Account Credit.

Important notes for using Touch Tone Registration:

• Registration is confirmed only when payment is received.  Be sure to complete payment for your programs before hanging up the phone OR pressing ‘0’ to transfer to a Customer Service Representative so that you do not lose your registration spot!
• Remember to press pound ‘#’ after entering your Client Number, Family Number or Course Code
