City of Toronto 2012 interim property tax bills are being mailed to property owners in January. Due to the large volume of bills being mailed, mailing will take place from January 9 to 27 inclusive.
If you have not received your tax bill by the end of the first week of February, please call a Customer Service Representative at 416-338-4829 for the instalment due dates, amounts and a duplicate bill.
The 2012 interim property tax bill is the first of two bills issued for 2012. The 2012 final tax bills will be mailed in May 2012.
Payments must reach our offices before the due dates to avoid penalty or interest charges. There are a number of options available to pay your taxes. Visit our how to pay page for more information.
