2009 Award Winners
The 2009 Toronto Urban Design Awards honourable mention and award of excellence winners were announced and celebrated at the Palais Royale on September 21, 2009. From the 117 entries, the jury handed out six Awards of Excellence and twelve Honourable Mentions.

The 2009 TUDA Award of Excellence winners were entered into the 2010 National Urban Design Awards competition.
The Tower Renewal Opportunities Book received a Special Jury Award for Sustainable Development and the Spadina WaveDeck received a Certificate of Merit for Civic Design Projects.
