Union Station Revitalization
The Recommended Approach
On December 11, 2007, Toronto City Council adopted the Union Station Revitalization Recommended Approach. Council also accepted the supplementary report that gave details regarding the implementation of the recommended approach.

The recommended approach sees the City of Toronto retaining ownership of Union Station, while leasing out a new retail space to a private sector partner and dedicating a level to GO Transit and VIA Rail customers. View the documents listed below for more details and drawings.
