Highway Traffic Act and Municipal Code Regulations and Fines

Ontario Highway Traffic Act regulates how vehicles are used on Ontario roads. Bicycles are considered vehicles as part of the Act.

Costs – costs are payable upon conviction for the purposes of subsection 60 (1) of the Provincial Offences Act
