Starting in May 2025, stickers were applied to Blue Bins at all residential locations with contact information for the new recycling service provider, Circular Materials.
Beginning January 1, 2026, for recycling inquiries, including missed collection and bin service requests, please call 1-888-921-2686 or visit Circular Materials.
If your area has already been stickered and your Blue Bin was missed please contact 311 then leave your bin where it is visible from the road (not in garage or behind fence in backyard). Your bin may get stickered on any day of the week, not just your recycling collection day.
