Owners, operators and property managers of most Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Multi-Unit Residential buildings in Toronto are eligible to participate. Examples include Offices, Shopping and Retail, Hotels, Long Term Care Homes, Warehouses, Condominiums and Apartments.

Homeowners can receive support improving the energy efficiency of their homes through the City’s BetterHomesTO guide.

Owners and managers of apartment buildings can also benefit from the City’s Hi-RIS retrofit and STEP benchmarking programs.
