Navigation & Support Services focuses on helping building owners navigate both City of Toronto and external resources to implement key actions to accelerate the decarbonization of their buildings. These key actions include energy reporting, audits, re-commissioning, and retrofits.

This no-cost service supports building owners, operators, and property managers to improve the energy efficiency of their buildings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in alignment with the City’s Net Zero by 2040 target. These improvements help decrease operating costs, increase occupant comfort, and improve the overall value of buildings.

Navigation & Support Services assists through:

  • Building Review: Review of your building help identify potential programs and resources in the market that will help you reach your energy and decarbonization goals. Incentives and financing: Guidance in identifying relevant incentives and funding opportunities
  • Support: Tailored support to help you get started with your green building projects.

Services are available for all commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-unit residential buildings located in Toronto. Support is available for building owners, property managers, tenants, condo boards and more.

Examples include Offices, Shopping and Retail, Hotels, Medical Centers, Warehouses, Condominiums and Apartments.
