Customer Service Standards
- Email: all emails will be acknowledged within 48 hours
- Telephone and voicemail: All calls and voicemails from both internal and external customers will be returned within one business day
- Open Data requests: email, phone, Twitter: response within one business day
- Digital files and maps: email, phone, Twitter: response within one business day
