Toronto Emergency Management (TEM) is responsible for helping the City of Toronto and its residents prepare for emergencies. This includes providing tools and information to the public on how they can get emergency ready.
Working with emergency services partners and other City divisions, TEM helps to coordinate emergency response and recovery efforts, including emergency social services. TEM is also responsible for the City’s Emergency Plan and the Emergency Operations Centre.
