A new 2,100m2 park is coming to 90 Eastdale Ave. as part of a new residential development project near Danforth Avenue and Dawes Road. The park design will be determined through community engagement and is proposed to include a splash pad, playground, shade structure, pathways and new plants. The new park will connect to the existing Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible Space just north of the park location.

Design plan for the new park. At the centre is a play area, near the waterplay area. Just northeast, park users will find a seating area, with a shade structure. Surrounding the park is greenery, plantings, shrubs, and trees. The northern areas of the park include unique paving designs and clustered seating. Multiple 2.1-meter-wide pathways crisscross the park, creating access points from the northeast, northwest, and southeast corners. Bike parking is located on the southeast side of the park, by Eastdale Avenue.
