Applications submitted on or after May 1, 2018 are required to meet Version 3 of the Toronto Green Standard. Tier 1 performance measures must be met and compliance is reviewed through the planning approval process. Applications pursuing the voluntary Toronto Green Standard Version 3 Development Charge Refund Program must meet the program requirements in addition to Tier 1.
