On May 5, City Council adopted the King-Parliament Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment. The Secondary Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment text and maps are available. The King-Parliament Secondary Plan has been appealed to the Ontario Land Tribunal and is not in full force and effect.

The updated King-Parliament Secondary Plan builds on the Downtown Plan and provides direction on built form, the public realm and heritage. An updated zoning framework reflects the existing and planned land uses and built character of King-Parliament’s five Policy Areas.
