The three-storey modular building includes 44 studio apartments, common rooms, a dining room, and program space, designed to support people who are exiting homelessness by providing affordable homes with support services. The building opened on January 28, 2021, approximately nine months after being approved by City Council. Learn more about modular supportive housing.
