Services Available

Utility account customers can access various self-services and information:

  • eBilling – Enrol in eBilling services to receive notification emails when your utility bills are issued and manage profile details all in one secure online location.
  • PDF copies – Download and save a PDF copy of your utility bill and access up to two years of previous bills.
  • Estimated bills – Under “Current Billing” section, water meter readings are identified as being “actual” or “estimated”.
