There is no interior photography or filming of any kind in City of Toronto water and wastewater treatment plants.
Exterior filming is approved on a case by case basis, please contact the Film Office located at City Hall to make your request.
For exterior photography, please contact Corporate Security.
Please note, there is no unauthorized vehicle access or parking available at the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant.

• Vehicle access at the R.C. Harris Water Treatment Plant is restricted to those conducting official city business. Public vehicles cannot enter or park at the water treatment plant site, and individual photography requests involving vehicles cannot be considered at this time.
