Once registered for Self Service/Employee Remote Access (SS/ERA), you can submit your Request for Work form(s) using Kronos Workforce Central (Kronos WFC). The system enables you to also view the status of your requests, update your availability, receive shift offers and choose if you want to be contacted by email, phone or text.

All employees must use the unique one-time registration code to access the SS/ERA if they are registering from a non-City of Toronto networked computer.
Once registered, SS/ERA will enable you to immediately access Kronos WFC to view your current schedule and timecard reports.

It is recommended to complete the registration process using a computer (Google Chrome browser) or tablet (IOS 10 or higher or Android 220.127.116.11 or higher). You may experience issues using a mobile phone.

Drop-In sessions will provide support to Recreation Workers needing assistance with SS/ERA registration and to submit forms in the Scheduling System. Check regularly for an updated list of locations and times. Bring identification when attending a drop-in session. Recreation workers not requiring coaching can visit more than a dozen drop-in locations throughout the city.
