Recreation workers will continue to use the current scheduling process to submit requests for the Spring / Summer 2019 season. To ensure a seamless transition to the new Scheduling System in May for the Fall 2019 / Winter 2020 submission period, it is important you register immediately.

All active Recreation Workers will receive the following by mail:

  • Letter containing your unique 12 character alphanumeric one-time registration code
  • Information Page describing the change and how to get assistance if required
  • Workflows outlining processes on how to register and use SS/ERA on an ongoing basis
