On Sunday, the City of Toronto will be joined by representatives from CreateTO and Harbourfront Centre to mark the return of the Amsterdam Bridge with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on the waterfront.
Originally gifted to Toronto by the Mayor of Amsterdam in 1974, the steel cable footbridge has undergone a comprehensive rehabilitation to safely reopen to the public.
