The City licences paper-based raffles with prizes up to $50,000, including but not limited to: 50/50, elimination, calendar and catch-the-ace draws.

Licences for legions, hospitals and variety stores that want to sell Break Open Tickets.

Lottery Events at a Bazaar

Licences to hold any combination of lottery events at a bazaar: Raffles not exceeding $50,000, Bingo not exceeding $5,500 and a maximum of three Wheel of Fortune with a maximum $2 bet or Penny Auction Raffles.

Municipal Approval

Permission is required for organizations applying to sell tickets in Toronto for a raffle licensed in another municipality or for a provincial lottery licensed by the AGCO.
