Commercial Disposal Service

Commercial businesses who use the City’s Drop-Off Depots to dispose of waste have the option to register for Disposal Service versus paying each time they visit.

How the Commercial Disposal Service Works

  • Disposal Service customers can bring accepted waste materials to the City’s seven Drop-Off Depots at any time during regular business hours
  • Customers will be invoiced monthly based on current disposal rates
  • Applicants will need to provide a security deposit (i.e. Letter of Credit/Bond) before an account is set up

Drop and Load Service

The City offers Drop and Load services at its Drop-Off Depots to help businesses manage their waste collection.

How the Drop and Load Service Works

  • Drop and load customers can drop off garbage at our any of the City’s seven conveniently located Drop-Off Depots
  • At the Drop-Off Depots, customers have access to the City’s certified scales, skilled staff and equipment
  • Once tonnes equivalent to a tractor-trailer load have been disposed of at a Drop-Off Depot, the account holder will be required to remove those tonnes from that same Drop-Off Depot
  • Drop and load customers must use their own haulers and certified disposal sites (landfill)
  • No appointment is required for vehicles disposing of garbage
  • Sites may be used at any time during regular operating hours including Saturdays at some locations
