- Customers will be invoiced monthly based on current disposal rates
- Applicants will need to provide a security deposit (i.e. Letter of Credit/Bond) before an account is set up

Drop and Load Service
The City offers Drop and Load services at its Drop-Off Depots to help businesses manage their waste collection.
How the Drop and Load Service Works
- Drop and load customers can drop off garbage at our any of the City’s seven conveniently located Drop-Off Depots
- At the Drop-Off Depots, customers have access to the City’s certified scales, skilled staff and equipment
- Once tonnes equivalent to a tractor-trailer load have been disposed of at a Drop-Off Depot, the account holder will be required to remove those tonnes from that same Drop-Off Depot
- Drop and load customers must use their own haulers and certified disposal sites (landfill)
- No appointment is required for vehicles disposing of garbage
- Sites may be used at any time during regular operating hours including Saturdays at some locations
