The axiis-Tenant Engagement App provides tenants across North America access to building information, events, contests, perks and news to better engage tenants and drive Brookfield Properties’ climate action initiatives.

We are a strong advocate for sustainable building performance and participate in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating Systems by the CaGBC. Our Toronto building certifications include:

The Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (EB:O&M) rating system helps building owners measure operations, upgrades and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impacts.

Measurabl for energy management

Measurabl– an environmental, social, and governance data management solution for commercial real estate – enables Brookfield Properties to collect data, set targets, analyze performance, create investment grade reports and identify opportunities to improve.

 

Partnership with Seneca College’s Building Environmental Systems (BES) Program

Partner with Seneca College to offer scholarships for students in Seneca’s Building Environmental Systems program. Since the partnership began in 2011, 47 scholarships have been awarded. Brookfield Properties also offers job placements for high-performing graduates of the BES program.
