4711 Yonge implemented a 10- year energy plan that took its Energy Star* rating from 55 to 90. The Menkes office portfolio has an average Energy Star Score above 90. Energy Star score is one of the key industry standards for rating a facility’s energy performance with a range of 1-100.
Ninety per cent of the Menkes office portfolio is LEED certified at Gold or Platinum Level. Menkes’ One York Street building achieved the Platinum Level LEED verification with the highest rating for any building in Toronto (89 points).
