Question How do I report a street light that is not working?
Answer Toronto Hydro Energy Services is responsible for lighting streets and laneways. Every light post is numbered and that number needs to be quoted when notifying them of a problem.

Call 416-542-3195 or use their online form to report any streetlight problems.

Question Is there a sidewalk snow clearing program?
Answer All sidewalks in Etobicoke, North York and Scarborough are cleared after a snowfall. Seniors living in East York, Toronto and York can call 416-392-7768 to request snow clearing assistance. You can find full details and an application form on our website.
