Gold Star Service for strategic developments
Toronto's Gold Star program helps businesses reduce the time and costs incurred when working on development projects. An enhanced case management approach is now in place for strategic industrial and office developments.
Effective immediately, project managers for all industrial, commercial office and institutional projects will receive Gold Star Service. Each project is assigned to a City of Toronto District Review Team led by a Planning Director and an Economic Development Officer who will work proactively with the project manager and other City departments to identify approval requirements, help resolve issues, and ensure that the client receives prompt attention.
