New Charities, Institutions and Religious Organizations (CIROs) can obtain and complete an application to determine if they are eligible to receive City collection services. You will be notified if you are eligible to receive City collection services.

Rate Waiver Garbage Tag Refund Form

If your organization has submitted a federally registered charity number, your organization can apply for a 100 per cent refund of Garbage Tags purchased from Canadian Tire or Shoppers Drug Mart.

Fill out the reimbursement form and include original receipts.
