Policy, Planning, Finance & Administration

The Policy, Planning, Finance & Administration Division provides shared financial, administrative and leadership services. It supports Infrastructure Services, Development & Growth Services and their Deputy City Managers. This support helps the divisions focus on serving Toronto residents and businesses.

The division’s services include:

• financial planning and budgeting
• purchasing and accounts payable
• revenue services
• administrative services and payroll
• complement management and reporting
• public consultation
