Next Steps

All information submitted through this on-line form will be forwarded to the City’s insurance adjusters, ClaimsPro for investigation.

The insurance adjuster will contact you within two (2) business days to acknowledge your claim. Please submit any claim-related pictures and documentation directly to your adjuster once assigned.
