There are two different ways to register.
If you need help with the cost of child care, the Child Care Fee Subsidy Application will put your name on both the Child Care Fee Subsidy waitlist and the waitlist for the Toronto Early Learning & Child Care (TELCCS) programs you choose. Review the posted daily public fees for TELCCS centres and for Toronto Home Child Care. If you are able to pay the full cost of care, use the following button to go to the online application for TELCCS Full Fee or call 311.
