As part of the Toronto Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism, the City will be engaging with 12 Black Torontonians (African descent or origin, African Black Caribbean, African-Canadian, Canadians of African descent) as part of the Partnership & Accountability Circle (PAC) to guide and support the full implementation of the Toronto Action Plan to Confront Anti-Black Racism. The Partnership & Accountability Circle will be supported by the City of Toronto’s Confronting Anti-Black Racism Unit.
The City is currently accepting applications for the PAC.
