50 Terauley Street

Two story frame building, housing Polish people

On the second floor, two small rooms were providing shelter for six men. The health department had inspected these premises and had allowed, according to the cubical contents of the rooms, two men to sleep in the first room and one in the rear.  Four men were found in the first room and two in the rear – making six in all as against an allowance of three.
