Last-minute facility bookings are available online within a limited timeframe and are subject to specific conditions, including non-refundable and non-transferable terms. Insurance requirements and booking rules apply, with exceptions only if the City cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Please note that last-minute online booking is permitted 2-14 days prior to the event date. Parks, Forestry, and Recreation will require at least 3 days booking notice.
• Online Sports facilities can be booked 3-14 days prior to the event date
• Last-minute bookings may receive a discounted rate.
• This type of booking is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Prior to booking Last Minute Facilities online, a client must review and agree to the rules and regulations.
• Initially, affiliated organizations requesting extra time will need to speak with a Customer Service Representative (to provide proof of insurance coverage in advance of booking).
• Non-affiliated groups (private individuals and groups) will require insurance. Fees will automatically include a minimum $2 million liability insurance coverage.

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a facility is closed by the City due to severe weather or emergency maintenance, the City will work to relocate the booking or provide a credit or refund to the permit holder
