Service Request Eligibility

To be eligible for this service request, ensure the following criteria.

How do I ensure the indoor shut off valve is open?

The indoor shut off valve is typically located in the basement, along the front wall and near the floor. Other common places include basement washroom and laundry rooms. If you have a water meter, the indoor shut off valve should be on the attached pipe.

After opening the valve, open a cold water tap on the lower floor to ensure water has been completely turned on.
