The Implementing phase is focused on targeting readiness, identifying and managing resistance, building new skills and behaviours and executing communications. Understanding target readiness allows you to decide what needs to happen to get there. This is done through:

  • Managing resistance to ensure buy-in and alignment of impacted stakeholders.
  • Developing new skills and abilities that are based on the identified impacts, ensuring employees receive adequate training and opportunities to practice new skills.
  • Delivering the communications planned as per the Change Communication Plan and Communication Engagement Roadmap.
