Your Business Licence & Permit Account will allow you to log in and review your personal, business and licence/permit details. You can also renew your business licence/permit and download after renewal.
The login process for existing business licensees has changed. Follow the steps below to use your City of Toronto login and access your account.
To create an account, you will need your client number and email address. This will link your business licence to your account so you can renew your licence online.

After creating your City of Toronto Login, you will need to link it to your business licence and permit account
After you have completed these steps, you can access your Business Licence & Permit Account anytime with your City of Toronto login.

If you do not know your personal client number, please refer to your licence renewal notice. See sample below:
Your personal client number should be in the format:
Your personal client number should be nine (9) digits
If you did not receive the access code in your email, check the junk/spam folder.
Try resending it by hitting the ‘Resend Code’ button’, waiting a few minutes and then check your email including your junk/spam folder.
If the access code is not working, ensure that you have copied or entered the access code correctly. The access code is 8 characters in length.
