To stop the spread of COVID-19, all City-led and City-permitted major festivals and events are cancelled through September 6. This includes festivals and other large in-person gatherings held at outdoor sites managed by the City or other public locations, such as roads, parks and civic squares.

Nathan Phillips Square is a vibrant, active space in the heart of Toronto. Every year, over 1.5 million visitors attend a variety of community and special events hosted at the Square, such as the Cavalcade of Lights, New Year’s Celebrations, Remembrance Day Celebrations, concerts and more.
