The City of Toronto operates 121 indoor and outdoor ice pads that are available for rental for your team, league or group.

Allotment gardens are available to individuals to plant vegetables and flowers. A new waitlist is created annually for indoor and outdoor garden allotment requests.

To Book a Garden Allotment

Garden allotments are in high demand. Existing allotment bookings can renew. New bookings must join a waitlist for available space.

Renew

To renew your existing Garden Allotment:

  1. Client Services will contact you to renew an existing Garden Allotment.
  2. Secure your Garden Allotment by sending signed contracts:
    • by email to pfrcustomerservice@toronto.ca
    • by mail to PFR Garden Allotments Scarborough Civic Centre 150 Borough Drive, 5th Floor – Client Services, Toronto, ON M1P 4N7

    Signed contracts must be received to secure the allotment.

  3. Pay the 2022 Garden Allotment fee of $99.53**, HST included:
    • online by using your Client barcode and Family Pin to login to eFun
    • by phone at 416-396-7378, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a credit card

    Payment cannot be accepted through email.

Cheques are made payable to City of Toronto. Please write your contract number on the front of the cheque in the memo section. We cannot accept post-dated cheques.

  1. Have your Family Number and your individual Client Numbers ready.
    • If you don’t have an account, you can create an account online.
    • Retrieving Family and Client Numbers: Visit eFun and select “Log in” from the top menu. A pop-up window will open. Select “Forgot Login?” on the right-hand side and enter your email address associated with your account. Your Client and Family Number will be emailed to you.
  2. Visit eFun and log in using your Family and Client number.
  3. Enter the waitlist barcode of the Garden Allotment Location. This number can be found in Barcodes sections.
  4. Select the “waitlist” button and select your name from the drop-down list.
  5. Complete your transaction by using the “go to checkout” link
  6. Print the confirmation page for your reference.

If there is availability, we will contact you to let you know. Clients can be waitlisted for multiple locations but clients will only be allocated one outdoor garden allotment per Family Number.
