Applications
for child care fee subsidy
- To apply for child care fee subsidy, complete an application online or call 311. We
suggest that you apply early as there is a waiting list for subsidy.
Questions
regarding your subsidy
- If you are receiving subsidy or if you are on the wait list for subsidy, your caseworker can help you with most of your questions. Each office has a supervisor who would be happy to provide additional assistance if needed. If you do not know who your caseworker is, please call 416-392-5437.
Concerns, Complaints or Appeals
-
If your caseworker
or the supervisor is unable to help you with your subsidy concerns
or complaints, or you want to appeal a decision about your eligibility, you may contact the Children's
Services Client Liaison Consultant, who acts as a parent advocate and resource
person at 416-397-1262
-
If you have
questions, concerns or complaints related directly to your child
care provider, please call a Children's Services Consultant at
416-397-7377.
