The City of Toronto believes that every child belongs. We recognize that there are times when you may need more support with your child care arrangements or when your child is in child care. Children's Services resource staff, who specialize in services for children with special needs, can assist you at any time. You may be referred to a resource staff by your caseworker or call the KIDSLINE directly at 416-392-KIDS (5437).
