Effective March 1, 2011, City Council approved a 3.6% increase to all solid waste residential customers.
Single Family Residential - Curbside
Note: As a property owner, your home may have more than one tenant/apartment however, the rebate is based on the property tax codes classifying your property as single family residence.
The rebate is $224/year, regardless of how many Garbage Bins you order. The rebate is applied once and the annual fee associated with any additional Garbage Bins is charged at full cost.

The Solid Waste Rate includes the collection of garbage, recycling, yard waste, organics (where available), bulky items, electronics, white goods/metal items and household hazardous waste.
