Effective January 1, 2012, Toronto City Council approved the following changes in water service fees.

Water Turn On/Off Fee Water Supply By-law	Change	$75 The additional $75 water service fee will be waived in instances where a water service turn-off request is followed by a water service turn-on request within 30 minutes of City staff providing the water service turn-off. (Providing City staff did not leave the property during the 30 minute time period utility fees visit.)
