June 19, 1939

…was pleasant, well-poised and co-operative. She attended closely and made a good effort on test. She seemed fairly self-confident. No special abilities were apparent on test. …is not mentally capable of coping with….at present. Everyone at home seems to have little use for the girl – …did not show much affection towards her to-day – …will not speak to her at times because of exasperation at girl’s lack of cooperation, – and…is often very bossy towards her. …told…her was afraid the girl would lead him into trouble. Girl’s progress…should be reviewed in Sept. 1939.
