…looked rather forlorn. His frequent changes of school, his unsettled home life and emotional insecurity due to the conflict between the parents have had their effect upon him. Although his intelligence is normal, the many handicaps prevent him working up to his capacity.
…should receive as much enjoyment and encouragement as possible from the people near him in order to prevent the bitter attitude he is developing. Perhaps the Public Health Nurse could investig-
-ate home conditions and see if further action is indicated.
