Committee of Adjustment applications (minor variance & consent) are available publicly on the Application Information Centre for approximately 90 days following a final and binding decision on an application.
Closed applications from the last ten years within a 500m or 1000m radius of a property can be accessed for a fee using the Committee of Adjustment Research Request Portal.
Requests for Committee of Adjustment decision notices can be made online at Research Requests.
Search for a property and download the last 10 years of decisions from the surrounding area within a 500m or 1000m radius for a fee of $150+HST and $300+HST respectively.
Please note, decision notices older than 10 years and single decision notices for a particular property are available through Committee of Adjustment staff.
