Buildings with mandates have special requirements for people who live in their buildings, called “mandates.” For example, some mandates require that tenants be seniors, artists or member of a specific cultural community.
Below are two lists for buildings with mandates. The first list includes buildings with senior mandates and explains the process to be approved for a mandate. The second list includes buildings with all other mandates and explains the process.
Seniors looking to be housed in one of the mandated buildings listed below will automatically be able to view these buildings and express interest when units become available in their MyAccesstoHousingTO portal.
