Virtual Registration Preparation Sessions 

Virtual Registration Preparation sessions will focus on how to create an account, create a wish list, register, pay, view and use Welcome Policy online in the new registration and booking system are being offered ahead of Registration. Clients can discover dates for the sessions on the Online Registration & Booking – City of Toronto page. 

    Registration Booking System

    The City of Toronto launched a new registration and booking system in November 2024.

    Everything clients need to know can be found at www.toronto.ca/OnlineReg. Regular updates will be posted.

    Ways to Register

    There are three ways to register:

    • Online
    • By phone through Client Services at 416-396-7378.
      • All other days: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday closed.
    • In-person at select locations: 
      • Toronto & East York, Etobicoke/York Districts
        • Driftwood Community Recreation Centre
        • Masaryk-Cowan Community Recreation Centre
        • Memorial Pool and Health Club
        • Regent Park Community Centre
        • Wellesley Community Centre
        • York Recreation Centre
      • North York & Scarborough Disctricts
        • Centennial Recreation Centre – Scarborough
        • Dennis R. Timbrell Resource Centre
        • Ethennonnhawahstihnen’ Community Recreation Centre and Library
        • Malvern Recreation Centre

    First-time registrants

    If you are registering for the first time, you will need to set up an account; this can be done prior to registration. Additional details on how to set up an account can be found on Online Registration and Booking

    Use tools on Parks and Recreation to find day camps, recreational programs, and activities close to your home or work. You can refine your search by programs, week, age, accessibility, and other options. 

    Age override

    In most cases, participants must meet the age(s) specified by the program on the program's first day. Please contact your local community centre before registration for program-specific information.
