The Communications & Technology Division of Toronto Fire Services provides front line support and response to both the public and emergency responders.
With operational links to communications systems such as the Fire/Police/EMS Radio Systems and the Subway System Radio infrastructure, the Mobile Workstation (MWS) and Global Positioning/Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL/GOPS) the Communications & Technology Division is a significant part of the continuing development of the Toronto Fire Services.
