The Jane Finch Community Development Plan, Secondary Plan (OPA 633), Urban Design Guidelines, Parks and Public Realm Strategy, Mobility and Transit Integration Strategy, Community Service Facilities Strategy, and Servicing Capacity Assessment were adopted by City Council on June 27, 2024. See Items EC10.1 and EY14.1.

The Jane Finch Secondary Plan is in force and effect as of February 3, 2025, except for the property municipally known as 2775 Jane Street, Toronto, and the “Norfinch District” which are subject to appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT-24-000833).
